My body is doing awesome. This past week in particular, my strength has surged. I was slowly-but-surely getting better all along, and then I had a particularly powerful osteopathic treatment in between two psychic healing classes in a row, and some crazy badass yoga in the middle, and all of a sudden I'm up to the next level resistance band for my physical therapy exercises and my yoga teacher is all "Whoa! How are you doing THAT already? Good job!" on me.
Things are coming back that I couldn't do for so long. I can wash my dishes all at once now. I can chop vegetables. I can take long walks. I can carry my own groceries. I CAN PLAY THE GUITAR.
I had something else I was going to post about but I can't remember now.
Someone in one of my psychic healing classes noted that you can't spell AWESOME without WE, either.
